Roles and Responsibilities

Oracle EBS Level 1 Support

• Respond to user requests and incidents related to Oracle EBS modules.
• Provide functional support for:
• Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)
• Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Oracle Purchasing (PO)
• Oracle Inventory
• Oracle Order Management (OM)
• Troubleshoot transaction errors and workflow issues.
• Monitor and assist with failed concurrent requests.
• Validate data entry and identify user-related errors.
• Assist users with report execution and navigation.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams.
