Your Role

• Deliver accurate, polite, and professional support via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers from the French market with their queries regarding household appliance
• Provide tailored solutions and clear information based on internal processes and quality standard
• Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, ensuring alignment with customer need
• Maintain high service levels by following Quality Guidelines and KPI
• Collaborate with team members to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and satisfaction
• Work in rotational shifts depending on the project
