You will provide professional HR advice, manage a broad range of HR operational activities, and act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR matters related to France. Your contribution will help ensure a consistent, efficient, and people-focused HR service across the business.
On a daily basis:
Act as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and the wider HR organisation for standard HR queries related to France.
Independently manage and resolve standard and complex HR cases, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, policy compliance, and confidentiality.
Oversee the administration of HR-related procedures and processes for the French population.
