Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide smooth and correct administrative operation.
- Maintain an upโtoโdate database within the system.
- Welcome all guests.
- Monitor checkโins, including groups, and give total attention and dedication to guests.
- Take care of guests and provide concierge service.
- Offer a wide range of information.
- Supervise the organization and sales of guests' activities and the correct handling and charging.
- Effectively handle guest complaints, take corrective action to prevent recurrence, and convert the guest into a repeat customer.
- Coordinate proper actions with other departments and inform the Front Office Manager of serious matters.
- Coordinate and communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments.
- Ensure all staff are thoroughly familiar with the hotelโs emergency procedures and are prepared for any emergency.
