VIP Concierge – Job Description

First impressions are everything! Are you a hospitality professional seeking an opportunity to advance your skills and abilities? As a VIP Concierge you will provide the highest level of personalized service and create memorable experiences for our VIP guests. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of both the hotel and the surrounding area.

Starting Rate: $26.04 per hour. Hourly rates increase after six months, and further to $30.64 after three years.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to VIP and high‑profile guests by coordinating all aspects of their stay, from pre‑arrival planning through post‑departure follow‑up, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
• Provide expert knowledge and assistance regarding hotel services, dining, spa, golf, resort activities, local attractions, transportation, and tour arrangements while facilitating reservations and customized itineraries.
