Job Description
We are looking for a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic Front Office Employee to join our reception team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
As a Front Office Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. You welcome guests, verify reservations, create room keys, and process payments. You also assist guests with specific requests or questions, both in person and over the phone.
In addition, you play an important role in informing guests about the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and challenge yourself to sign up every guest. You have the skills to turn any issue into a positive experience.
