Summary

The Front Store Manager in Training (FSM) is responsible for managing the overall Front Store’s performance. The Front Store includes all areas of the store, including cosmetics, excluding Pharmacy. The Front Store Manager leads staff in providing excellent Front Store customer service, manages all processes and procedures utilizing financial resources and ensures store objectives are achieved.

This role requires mobility between Timmins, Sault St. Marie and Thunder Bay. Upon completion of training, the successful candidate will be placed in one of these three locations as a Front Store Manager.
