What the day will look like
+ Leading the FSPG (Financial Services & Professions Group) claims team in Hong Kong who manage claims arising from the traditional and emerging financial lines products, responsibilities to include:
+ Performance management of the claims team;
+ Supporting the ongoing coaching and mentoring of the claims team;
+ In collaboration with the broader FSPG team, identifying and promoting training and development opportunities for FSPG colleagues;
