In this full-cycle accountant role, you will oversee all aspects of accounting for Jaza Energy Inc. in Canada. This includes accounts receivable, payable, and maintaining compliance with Canadian regulations such as GST/HST filings. You will also be key in managing treasury functions and contributing to strategic budget tracking and reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full accounting cycle including month-end close
• Accurately process and maintain payroll for employees
• Manage Canadian tax compliance and regulatory filings
• Execute cash flow forecasts and banking relationship management
• Lead reconciliation of intercompany transactions and agreements
Requirements:
