We are building Bluelight's marketing team from scratch and looking for a hands‑on digital marketer who can cover multiple channels, execute with speed, and grow with us. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and report directly to them, collaborating with a UX/UI designer, a freelance content writer, and a part‑time media buyer.

Core responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social media calendar across all active platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Support on‑page SEO: metadata, internal linking, content briefs, keyword tracking
• Brief and coordinate content production with the freelance writer
• Support in building and maintaining HubSpot as the team's CRM: basic marketing automations, lead nurture sequences, social media publishing, and tracking
• Support landing page creation and A/B test coordination with UX/UI designer
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms
