Job Description

Take on a critical role as the Administrative Coordinator at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, focusing on complaint and practice investigations with a hybrid working setup. Your role includes coordinating key documents and managing project timelines.
This full-time, permanent position reports to the practice investigation manager and liaises with various stakeholders. You will oversee complaint files' preparation, draft important communications, and support the Investigation Committee’s administrative needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review complaint file dispositions and memos
• Coordinate projects and meetings with CPSBC staff
• Track and report metrics regarding complaint statuses
• Provide administrative support for the Investigation Committee
