Job Description
Advance your career as a full-time Client Partner for Human Resources, spanning Abbotsford and Chilliwack. Assist in strategic HR goals while working on performance management and union relations.
As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with managers and employees on various human resources issues, from conflict resolution to policy development. Your background in a unionized environment, coupled with a degree in HR management, will enable you to navigate the complexities of labour relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities: β’ Provide operational consultation to management β’ Investigate labour relations complaints and issues β’ Facilitate effective employee interaction and support β’ Maintain records of grievance and labour activities β’ Conduct management training on HR processes
