Become an Intermediate Archaeologist with Synergy Land & Environmental Services, focusing on field assessments in Fort St. John, BC. This full-time role incorporates leading projects and engaging with Indigenous communities.

This position is ideal for candidates with over 3 years of archaeological fieldwork experience in BC and/or Alberta. You will run field assessments and contribute to project delivery while mentoring junior staff. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise archaeological field programs
• Record and assess archaeological and traditional sites
• Conduct impact assessments pre- and post-project
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Support coordination with First Nations and junior staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Archaeology or Anthropology
• Minimum of 3 years of field experience
