You will perform tasks such as minor repairs, managing tenant concerns, and coordinating with contractors to ensure the community is well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and corridors
• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs
• Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly
• Show suites to prospective tenants and assist with moves
• Stock control and inventory counts as needed
Requirements:
• Proven record in regular maintenance roles
• Strong communication skills with tenants
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
