What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:

Developing specialized product content in Feed, Ag Equipment, Animal Health, Lube, and Fencing, and delivering training to Agro staff

Providing leadership through supervision, coaching, and ensuring staff compliance with loss prevention and asset protection policies

Leading the full B2B sales cycle, including customer outreach, stock and delivery coordination, documentation, and issue resolution

Building and maintaining strong relationships with producers, suppliers, and sales reps to support sales growth and profitability

Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Agro Manager, Hardware Supervisor, and Sales Leads

Assisting with budgeting, pricing, discounts, and margin management
