Job Description

As a Functional Analyst , you will play a key role in ensuring that digital solutions are aligned with user needs. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and a shared understanding of objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities to gather the information needed to produce documentation, as well as a solid understanding of business processes and the technologies involved.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis : Analyze and document business objectives as well as functional and non‑functional requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO) and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder consultation : Meet with key users to understand their goals and challenges.
