Summary

McGill University Human Resources (HR) has moved forward with the implementation of all core modules of Workday SaaS. A team of Functional Business Analysts (FBA) was established for the operation of the business processes. The FBA team members are the subject matter experts of the business processes, and their job is to simplify and standardize the HR management process for both administrative and academic staff. The HRIS team is seeking an FBA to support, configure and enhance the Benefits module in Workday. The role involves collaborating and supporting the set‑up and configuration of business processes in Workday to improve McGill HR system functionality and service delivery.
