As a Fund Development Supervisor, you will supervise various fundraising activities while collaborating with the Director of Operations. This position seeks candidates with 4-6 years of proven fundraising experience, skilled in cultivating donor relationships and ensuring effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive reporting for funding activities
• Research and write grant applications for new opportunities
• Maintain donor records in DonorPerfect CRM database
• Engage with 75-100 current donors to strengthen relationships
• Organize donor stewardship and community events
