Primary Duties

Donor Engagement

• Assist in facilitating donor engagement activities and events.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives.

Communication

• Communicate with donors through various channels, including email, phone calls, and written correspondence.
• Provide timely and accurate information to donors regarding the organization's mission, programs, and impact.

Data Entry and Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the database.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of donor information.

Support Fundraising Campaigns

• Assist in coordinating and implementing fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop creative strategies to engage donors.
