Our teams work across multiple locations and disciplines, and we believe great collaboration happens both remotely and in person. While we offer flexibility in how you work, this role requires regular onsite presence to support teams, build relationships and keep projects moving forward.

As a Game Producer at Nitro, you'll work with projects of different sizes, scopes, and lifecycles—from small teams of five people to productions involving more than twenty team members, and from projects measured in months to those spanning several years. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt to changing circumstances, and knows how to create clarity without creating unnecessary processes.
