We are looking for a new Cook to join the Canteen team at our head office in Arendal. The canteen provides lunch for the office’s 400 employees Monday to Friday. Our new cook is positive and dedicated, has a genuine interest in food and is motivated by preparing and serving daily lunch to staff and guests.
During the year, Gard hosts many events for employees and external guests at our office during daytime and evenings. You will sometimes contribute in preparation and execution of these events.
**In this role, you will;**
- Prepare hot and cold lunch meals, and actively contribute to menu development.
- Serve staff and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Engage in all services in the kitchen.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment; ensure all tasks are performed in a safe way to ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety at Work regulations.
