We are looking for two highly motivated, organized and service-minded persons to join the Customer Support team in Arendal; one will work within P&I Underwriting and one within Claims.
The members of the teams deliver high quality support to our Underwriters and Claims handles as part of Gard's marine insurance activities worldwide.
**For the position within P&I Underwriting, your primary focus will be**:
Onboarding customers
Entering and maintaining client and broker information
Entering and maintaining policy and premium data
Producing and distributing insurance and invoice documentation to customers
Conducting KYC/sanction checks
Supporting Underwriting with various administrative tasks
Responding to customer queries
**For the position within Claims, your primary focus will be**:
Processing and handling high-efficiency claims
