The Opportunity:
Red River Co-op invites applications for the position of Gas Bar Manager to lead the team at our Gas Bar located at 1008 Keewatin Street, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
We are seeking a hands-on individual who is committed to service and has the required leadership skills to lead their front-line staff.
Reporting to the Gas Bar Operations Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for our staff and members.
Be a brand ambassador for the Co-op.
Apply industry leading standards in category management and merchandising.
Lead the team to provide world class customer service.
Communicate with our Environmental Supervisor to ensure compliance with all legal and environmental requirements.
Achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses and profits.<...
