Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the LATAM region, providing support across more than 12 countries. The role operates within multiple core team processes, ensuring efficient execution and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data investigation activities.
• Manage and process applications.
• Perform detailed analysis to support decision‑making.
• Maintain direct interaction with stakeholders, including customers, Collections, Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Operations teams.
• Handle refund management processes.
• Execute mass case applications.
• Manage escalations and ensure proper follow‑up and resolution.
• Prepare and deliver reporting activities.
