Job Description
The GBS Trainer will play a key role in driving knowledge consistency and operational excellence across all finance processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting (FP&A/R), and Master Data Management (MDM). This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring continuous development and adherence to global standards. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, in-depth process expertise, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality learning materials.
Core Responsabilities:
- Design and Deliver Training Programs.
- Develop and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires across finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A/R, MDM) & Darwin contents.
- Facilitate ongoing training to address skill gaps and process updates. <...
