The Technician () position is a career in field services in the property damage restoration industry. The position is primarily responsible for responding to emergency and property damaging situations. Our labor force is accountable for addressing the property and the customer with skill, knowledge, and professionalism. The position is accountable for preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site.

 Essential Functions/Responsibilities 

Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold 

Perform cleaning process for both contents and structural damage, as needed 

Removal of contents for cleaning or destruction. Pack outs and pack backs 

Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools

Clean up assigned job sites after demolition
