Job Description

The first Group CEO, reporting directly to the Board will be responsible of the following tasks:

  • Drive acquisition strategy and integrate the acquired companies
  • Build a group's policies and framework to manage expansion and daily activities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and foster growth.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the air treatment division, ensuring end to end project execution
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
  • Lead cross-departmental teams to enhance collaboration and drive results.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the PE firm.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
