Job Description

  • Provide executive leadership in the formation, build-out, and operational launch of the company, establishing its organizational structure, operating model, and nuclear-ready infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute enterprise operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives, profitability targets, and long-term growth, while embedding nuclear quality and compliance requirements from inception.
  • Partner with the executive leadership team to define the company’s nuclear strategy, risk posture, and long range manufacturing and supply chain roadmap.
  • Lead the development of foundational governance, policies, and controls required for a regulated nuclear organization.
