Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and demonstrate proficiency in data entry, proofreading, and office management. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our office. The Clerk will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate recordβkeeping, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
