This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery, and contributing to the production of high-quality crops. The General Operator supports the daily operations of the farm and plays an important role in achieving production, quality, and efficiency targets. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of farming activities including machinery operation, crop production, irrigation, property maintenance, and general farm labour.
