**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
The General Production Worker supports automated candy manufacturing and packaging operations by rotating between key production tasks, monitoring product quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting machine operators to ensure consistent, high-quality output that meets all food safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
Rotate between workstations, including feeding finished candy onto the dumping table and inspecting candy quality to ensure all packaged products meet established quality standards.
Pack bagged candy into cardboard boxes at designated machines and manually load finished boxes onto empty pallets for transfer to the warehouse.
Communicate material and supply requirements clearly and promptly to the appropriate personnel to keep production lines running smoothly.
Provide hands-on support to machine operators as needed to maintain efficient production and minimize downtime.
