**CommScope Delicias is hiring a HR Generalist I, to work THIRD SHIFT**General Summary**Duties & Responsibilities**Assist in planning and procurement of proper manpower, by participating in the selection of employees.Conduct and/or coordinate interviewing, pre-employment testing and personal background checks, in order to reduce turnover, and to develop a quality workforce.Creation of different reports as required by site and/or corporate management on a weekly basis.Ensures the correct process of the different movements in the EC and Tress systems in time, for the correct transition to the interface (supervisor changes, cost center changes, work schedule changes).
