As a Genesys Cloud CX Architect, you'll be pivotal in designing and delivering advanced cloud contact center architectures. This role centers on ensuring the technical vision aligns with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.
We are in search of a seasoned architect with over 7 years of experience in contact center technologies, particularly in Genesys Cloud CX. Your responsibilities will include defining technical roadmaps and integrating high-performing solutions with business processes.
