Responsibilities

To establish Virbac's commercial strategy for the next three years as projected in the 3-Year Operating Plan (3 YOP) for the farm animal segment. To execute the budget and business unit plan for farm animals to achieve the established objectives. To agree upon and establish a work plan with the distribution channel, key accounts, and new channels in accordance with Virbac's commercial policies. To ensure the execution of global marketing plans. To establish the business unit's growth approach with current and new clients. To direct and project Virbac's commercial strategy in the farm animal segment through sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase product penetration and market share.
