This role leads the implementation of the critical crossfucntional projects applying best‑in‑class frameworks and methodologies to elevate performance and operational effectiveness. Single point of contact between Mexican affiliate, Regional and Global teams for strategic initiatives above country. Ensures alignment and management of process‑excellence efforts across teams.
