Under the direction of the Sr.
Global Quality Manager oversees daily operations of Tecate & Santee Testing Labs to ensure adherence to all operational standard procedures and regulatory requirements.
Schedules and coordinates the daily work of the Testing Lab Analysts.
Performs scientific investigations, analysis and reporting of results.
In addition, is a hands on person, willing to perform analyst duties, such as laboratory testing and special technical assignments.
**Requirements**:
Bachelors or equivalent in Medical Technology a must, Masters, PhD or MD is a plus.
=> 2+ years Management experience operating a clinical laboratory testing and reporting human patient results to physicians and proven progressive and continuous advancement.
=> Bilingual in Spanish and English.
=> Valid laser VISA and SENTRI or ability to get Sentri is important.
