You will lead fleet maintenance operations through actions such as:Selecting, training, developing, and motivating a team of up to 25 mechanics and fabricators.Administering an operating budget of approximately $1M, ensuring cost-effective and timely maintenance.Evaluating and improving commercial garage services, inspecting the fleet's mechanical, paint, and body condition on a regular basis.Providing vendors, mechanics, and fabricators with work instructions for necessary repairs, ensuring timely completion.Reviewing and approving invoices for maintenance services and supplies, maintaining accurate records per corporate and regulatory requirements.Monitoring warranty stipulations to ensure all entitled reimbursements are received.Analyzing fl...
