Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of General Ledger Accountants (10–15 FTE).
Oversee daily GL operations and support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closings.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset transactions, and intercompany activities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and accounting standards (IFRS).
Drive process improvements and support automation and optimization initiatives.
Participate in transition, knowledge‑transfer, and migration projects.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
