Global Blackline System Administrator

The Record-to-Report Development team at UPM seeks a Global Blackline System Administrator to manage BlackLine user and access administration, configure account reconciliations, task calendars and dependencies, and support users.

Responsibilities

• Manage BlackLine user and access administration (define, create, assign, maintain, remove).
• Configure and modify reconciliation templates, perform bulk or rules-based automated account and role assignments, and execute mass updates.
• Define period-end dates, manage business task calendars (locations, holiday calendars), configure task dependencies, comment settings, automated alert/email workflows, and approve or deny task requests with Global Process Owners.
• Set up and modify data sources for transaction matching, manage and clone match sets, run matching engines, perform ad-hoc matching, and configure unmatched transaction workflows. <...
