Feladatok
Define and implement global binding procurement process standards
Ensure creation and maintenance of global process related documents
Ensure alignment with interacting global processes
Lead rollout of global processes across global and local organizations, ensuring implementation tracking
Define training requirements and initiate process-related trainings
Manage system trainings and create training materials for key and process users
Initiate and conduct regular process reviews to assess implementation status
Monitor, control and report process performance against defined KPIs
