**Description**
As part of the **Digital and Service Operations team**, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple** transformers service factories**, focused on digital transformation in manufacturing and processes.
You will work with our transformer service factories/units worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digitalization and process analysis programs and projects.
You will share your knowledge by delivering global trainings.
**Your responsibilities**
- Act as the global manufacturing and process digitalization lead for digital and service. This includes definition, training and implementation of digitalization processes, tools and equipment for the entire service business.
- Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our digital and service factories/units through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics.
