Opportunity Overview

This role places you at the heart of RBC Capital Markets' Global Research platform. You will work closely with the COO and senior leadership, driving insights and analytics that power decision‑making across the platform. You’ll gain exposure to a global capital markets business, building relationships with research professionals, sales & trading teams, investors, and coverage companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will support and manage strategic initiatives on behalf of senior management, conduct data management, financial tracking, and analysis for the Global Research Department, produce analytics for senior leadership, generate ad‑hoc reports for management, stakeholders, and clients, and collaborate regularly with internal teams such as QTS, Marketing, Sales & Trading, Procurement, Market Data, Compliance, as well as external clients and vendors.
