Supply Chain Manager II

The Linear Motion Division is a major contributor to the Segment, with approximately 1,500 global associates and $400M in revenue. There are 9 main sites located across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, & Europe. The Supply Chain Manager II works with the supply chain leaders across the Linear Motion businesses to develop and drive the actions required for improving the materials and supplier management processes. Ensure the teams meet internal quality, delivery, cost and inventory goals. Key tasks include improving plant supply chain, replenishment methods, dynamic kanban, stocking programs, lead‑time reduction initiatives, rationalization of the supply base, improving supplier payment terms, sourcing support, driving direct material savings (PPV), indirect spend and freight, in alignment with Supply‑chain corporate strategies.
