OZ Trails Bike Park is bringing lift-served gravity riding to Northwest Arkansas. Located in Bella Vista, the park features purpose-built downhill trails, a high-speed lift, and riders traveling from across the country.

We're looking for full-time and part-time OZ Trails Bike Park Grounds Maintenance Staff! Grounds Maintenance Staff will support daily trail upkeep, grounds care, and facility exterior maintenance. This position works under the direction of the Grounds Lead to ensure all riding areas and park grounds are safe, clean, and maintained to high operational standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining high-quality recreational spaces.

This is an hourly, non‑exempt position and will require weekday and weekend availability.
