Job Description

Oliver James have partnered with a global insurance business to recruit for a Group Enterprise Risk Manager position.

You will be fully responsible for the maintaining and implementation of the ERM framework including the risk management strategies and policies.

Additional responsibilities;

  • Lead the development and monitoring of the risk appetite and thresholds to ensure all is in alignment with the strategic goals and regulatory expectations including any escalation of risk breaches.
  • Maintenance of the recovery planning framework and updating the groups recovery plan.
  • Stay up to date with any industry best practices and regulatory developments.

    • Key Requirements;

  • Working knowledge of relevant regulations under Solvency II
  • Previous experience working in risk management within a regulated financial services company
