The Noel Group are seeking a Group Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a family-owned, leading hospitality and retail business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving standards, profitability, guest experience, and operational consistency across several hotel properties within the group. The successful candidate will work closely with Directors, Senior management teams and HOD's to ensure the continued growth, efficiency, and success of the business while maintaining the high standards and culture associated with the groups brand. Please note, this is a full-time position, working an average of 45 hours per week, with a 5 over 7 schedule.
