The Role and the Team

Every day, millions of NHS workers, emergency services personnel, social care professionals, teachers and armed forces members rely on us to help them save money and our Growth Marketing team is the engine that brings more of those heroes into the community.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the heart of the growth team, where you'll work across paid, organic and referral channels to reach and convert more members. You'll run experiments, build and optimise campaigns, and use data to understand what's working and what to do next all in an environment that genuinely values testing, learning and moving quickly.
