About the Team:The User Growth (UG) Department leads TikTok's growth efforts for expanding our user base and building our community. We provide strategic growth plans and leverage various marketing, product, and analytical methods to achieve and sustain fast growth. The UG team has a series of mature product growth levers and is proficient in applying them to various businesses. At the same time, we also build new solutions to help the business achieve impactful breakthroughs. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving key metrics for incentive product operations in the LATAM region, including but not limited to user growth, localization, content expansion, and user experience;
