Description

The GSE Mechanic is responsible to diagnose, repair and service the Menzies fleet of vehicles and equipment in accordance with Menzies and manufacturers work specifications.


Main accountabilities include:

  • To diagnose, repair and service the Menzies fleet of vehicles and equipment in accordance with Menzies and manufacturers work specifications

  • Performing checks and registered inspections on equipment daily

  • Responsible for performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance as per schedule on company fleet of equipment and vehicles.

  • Respond to service calls.

  • Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others.

  • Ensure Menzies quality standards are being adhered to through use of daily & weekly registered checks.
