About the PositionWe are looking for a GT Toluca MFE Welding to join the Engineering + GT team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.This position is based at our office in Toluca.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize welding processes and procedures.Troubleshoot welding operations and recommend corrective actions.Support new product introductions from a welding perspective.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality).
Provide technical training and guidance to shop floor personnel.Monitor and analyze welding performance metrics.Develop and maintain documentation for welding operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering (or equivalent).
Hands‐on experience in welding processes (MIG, TIG, Spot, etc.).
Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.G., AWS, ASME).
